In 2024, the company will continue to strengthen its strategic cooperation with technology driven enterprises and collaborate on innovation. In July, it joined forces with Taiyuan University of Science and Technology and Shanxi Institute of Engineering and Technology to collaborate on the key research and development project "Mining Belt Conveyor Roller Magnetic Fluid Sealing Key Technology" in the field of advanced intelligent manufacturing in Xinzhou City. The company has applied for seven invention patents and one utility patent, which have entered the substantive examination stage and are expected to be successfully applied for in June. Our company's "National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Specialized, Refined, Unique and New Small Giant Enterprise" re examination and acceptance; The company has been awarded the title of "National Coal Association Council Member" by the China Coal Machinery Industry Association; Become the "production base of middling coal Technology&Industry Shanghai Group Co., Ltd.". We appeared at the exhibition to attract more customers. In 2024, the company continued to increase its brand promotion activities and participated in four large-scale coal mining equipment exhibitions: the Gansu International Mining (Energy) and Equipment Technology Exhibition from May 23rd to 25th; The 2nd Shanxi Characteristic Professional Town Investment and Trade Expo Datong Exhibition will be held from July 3rd to 5th; The 19th China Xinjiang International Coal Industry Expo will be held from July 18th to 20th; Shanghai International Heavy Machinery Equipment Exhibition from November 5th to 8th. Our company's various roller products exhibited have received unanimous praise from industry experts and users. In 2025, the company has reserved booths to participate in four exhibitions: the 22nd Taiyuan Coal (Energy) Industry Technology and Equipment Exhibition from April 22nd to 24th, the 2025 China Guizhou International Energy Industry Expo and Trade Fair from May 18th to 20th, the Ordos International Coal and Energy Industry Expo from June 24th to 26th, and the 21st China International Coal Mining Technology Exchange and Equipment Exhibition from October 28th to 31st.

We continue to deepen the promotion of "innovation driven strengthening of our main business". In the past year of 2024, the company's informationization work has reached a new level, and the production material requisition online process has been connected. The first daily production work order number 23-078B Jinmei Logistics has been launched. In 2024, a total of 48 informationization projects have completed online operation. Although we encountered many difficulties, after coordination and improvement, the online process has been basically connected, and the gradual improvement of informationization work has laid a solid foundation for the company's digital and intelligent development in 2025. The company focuses on learning and training, and has participated in 6 social lecture hall trainings organized by the Yuanping Municipal Government. The company's main leaders and middle-level cadres have also participated in the learning and training. More than ten training sessions have been held within the company on welding skills, bidding practices, 6S management, production safety, drug rehabilitation promotion, and quality improvement. After the training, the company's management level has significantly improved, workshop on-site management has greatly improved, and product quality awareness has gradually increased. The team collaboration ability has been effectively enhanced.

We prioritize service and empower through training. In order to better serve users and strengthen technical exchange and cooperation, the company organized three technical exchange and training sessions: from September 4th to 7th at the Panhua Hotel in Xinzhou, a special training session on Shanxi Coal International Mining Belt Conveyor, and from December 13th to 15th, a special training session on Yangquan South Coal Group and Shanxi Shixin Railway Belt Conveyor. Ningwu Shenda Group Belt Conveyor Training from November 30th to December 2nd. More than 100 people from the mechanical and electrical equipment departments of various coal mining enterprises participated in the technical exchange and training. Experts and professors from Shanghai Huaxin and Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, as well as our company's sales department, technical department, and after-sales department, did meticulous and thorough work for the technical exchange and training. After feedback from Shanxi Coal International, South Coal Group, and Shenda Group, the effect evaluation was good.

Our school enterprise collaboration, innovation and win-win. In the year 2024, the company continued to strengthen its strategic cooperation with technology driven enterprises. In July, it joined forces with students from Taiyuan University of Science and Technology and Shanxi Engineering Technology to collaborate on the key research and development project "Magnetic Fluid Sealing Key Technology for Mining Belt Conveyor Rollers" in the field of advanced intelligent manufacturing in Xinzhou City. The company has applied for 7 invention patents and 1 utility model patent, which have entered the substantive examination stage and are expected to be successful by the end of June. In 2024, the company focused on introducing young talents and participated in large-scale job fairs organized by Shanxi Talent Center and Taiyuan University of Science and Technology. Currently, a total of 5 undergraduate graduates have been employed in important positions such as technology and quality inspection in the company.

We practice 6S to improve efficiency. In the past year of 2024, the company has carried out a series of financial standardization work, standardized various business processes and approval systems, and carried out preliminary work on 6S basic management in each production workshop. Although some achievements have been made, there is still a big gap from standardized 6S management. In the first half of 2025, the focus of workshop work is to complete various production tasks while continuously improving the working conditions of employees, creating a safe, efficient, healthy and comfortable working environment, making people, materials and places in the best condition, forming a good corporate culture, keeping factors affecting product quality and work quality under control, and achieving a truly standardized 6S on-site management level.
