In this rapidly developing era, constantly improving oneself and keeping up with the pace of the industry are the key to success. According to recent research, there are knowledge blind spots in the design, selection, and calculation of belt conveyors in various mines of Shanmei Group. In order to help our mining enterprises better grasp the essence of professional knowledge and practical skills of belt conveyors, our company has carefully prepared a professional and highly valuable user training.

This training will be held from September 4th to September 6th, and we have invited Professor Meng Wenjun, a senior expert in the industry; Our team of professional lecturers, including Yu Xiaoming and Gao Junyang, as well as our senior engineers Yin Renqiang and Li Zhisheng, possess rich practical experience and profound theoretical knowledge, bringing a feast of knowledge to leaders of major mining enterprises.

The training content includes theoretical training and practical training, focusing on the selection, characteristic types, structural principles, installation and commissioning, and operation and maintenance standards of mining belt conveyors (main components, various protections, supporting frequency converters and electrical control devices). In terms of practical operation, we organized trainees to come to our company for operation drills, including equipment inspection, daily maintenance, frequency converter fault diagnosis, protection installation and commissioning, belt deviation adjustment, joint trial operation and commissioning, etc. From in-depth analysis of products to case analysis of practical application scenarios, we aim to enhance the practical operation ability and problem-solving ability of users in various mining enterprises.

Through this training and assessment, relevant personnel from the mechanical and electrical departments and machine operation teams of the thirteen mines under Shanmei International Energy Group Co., Ltd. have gained a certain understanding of the theory and practical operation of belt conveyors. We hope that personnel from various mining enterprises can better apply it to actual production and empower mining enterprises.
